Bedbugs are back!

Mice, ants, termites, cockroaches and other critters all play important roles in the environment. However, when these creatures enter our homes, they become pests that can potentially threaten our health and our property.

The Ohio Pest Control Association (OPCA) strives to provide consumers with up-to-date information about pests and the latest pest issues in their area. We want to assist you in protecting your property, your health and your family’s health from the damage and diseases associated with pests. OPCA and NPMA (National Pest Management Association) provide some preventative tips to potentially avoid pest problems and detailed information about pest issues in your area.

Addressing pest infestations accurately and quickly requires extensive knowledge of pest biology and habits. Since many of us won’t look at an insect long enough to determine its species, it is important to enlist the help of a knowledgeable and qualified pest control professional  to determine what pests may be in your home. Pest control professionals have the experience and expertise to rid your home of pest infestations and maintain your way of life. On this website, you can locate a qualified pest control professional in your area who can assist you with protecting your home and your family from pest threats.

Not sure if you need a pest control professional yet? OPCA is here to help. Pester” us with your questions about the bug, insect, rodent, or other pest invading your home. You can also see what other homeowners are asking, by visiting our FAQs page.
